We are looking for a Communication and Marketing Specialist - U.S.A. based (WI) to join our Global Communication and Marketing team. Responding to the Group Marketing & Communication Manager based in Italy, s/he will be responsible for driving Company's marketing efforts to support business growth and brand development. The main objectives include increasing brand visibility in the U.S. market, supporting the sales team with effective marketing materials, and ensuring that all communication aligns with the company’s overall strategy. The role will also involve managing both digital and offline marketing initiatives, while coordinating closely with the HQ team to maintain a consistent brand voice.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement target marketing campaigns, including:
Planning and execution of events/trade fairs
Creation of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, etc.)
Digital marketing initiatives (social media, email marketing, website content) Sales Support: Provide the sales network with personalized marketing materials, sales tools, and training to support their activities and increase effectiveness. Collaborate with sales managers to define communication needs and develop ad hoc materials. Brand Management: Strengthen and protect our brand identity in the U.S. market. Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
Internal Communication:
Facilitate effective communication between the U.S. team and the Italian headquarters.
Ensure alignment with overall company strategy and messaging.
Organize events and internal communications to promote a positive corporate culture.
Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Advanced proficiency in CMS platforms like WordPress and CRM systems to optimize marketing workflows.
SEO Tools (e.g., Yoast SEO, Google Search Console)
Email Marketing Tools (e.g., Mail up or similar)
Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Graphic Design Tools (e.g., InDesign, Canva)
Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Suite (e.g. Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Content Management System
Extensive experience in tradeshow planning and execution, including booth design, vendor coordination, on-site management, and post-event evaluation to maximize ROI
Additional Requirements:
Contract Type: Full-time Location: Waukesha, WI - with the possibility of working 3 days per week by remote
