We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Rijeka, Croatia.
Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all accounting, finance, and administrative activities of the local branch, ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements while actively supporting business operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the accuracy of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and deadlines, and support the preparation of statutory financial statements

  • Support customers with administrative documentation and manage credit control and collection activities

  • Oversee daily administrative office operations to ensure smooth functioning of the branch

  • Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budgets in coordination with Group finance

  • Monitor and analyze cost structures, implement cost control systems

  • Perform routine credit checks and prepare reports on client payment status

  • Reconcile accounts and resolve financial discrepancies

  • Manage relations with banks and oversee payment instruments

  • Support the documentation and procedures related to export activities

  • Collaborate with Group HQ for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting purposes

Required skills and qualifications:

  • University degree in Economics, Accounting, or related fields

  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and administration roles

  • Strong knowledge of planning and management control (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)

  • Experience in treasury, credit management, and group reporting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) - Qiqo or Sage is a plus - 

  • Fluency in Croatian, Italian, and English is mandatory
