Project Manager – GRMS

Experience: 7+ years in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS)

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS) within hospitality projects.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, virtualization, cloud platforms, and system integration.
Experience in managing end-to-end project execution for hotels, including design review, implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Ability to coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, system integrators, and internal teams.
Experience leading project engineers and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of GRMS projects from award to handover.
Act as the primary technical and project management contact for customers and stakeholders.
Plan, monitor, and control project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources.
Coordinate GRMS integration with BMS, PMS, IPTV, networking, servers, and cloud-based platforms.
Review technical designs, ensure system compliance, and oversee testing and commissioning activities.
Lead project meetings, mock-ups, site inspections, and progress reviews.
Manage project documentation, reporting, and customer communications.
Provide technical guidance and training to customers and internal teams.
Travel to project sites as required.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, or related field.
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, VLANs, servers, virtualization, and cloud technologies, Putty, SSH, command-line troubleshooting, and basic Linux/Windows server administration.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools .
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
