QUALITY SPECIALIST - RIJEKA

We are is looking for a Quality Specialist to join our team in Adria (Rijeka, HR) and support the Group Quality Manager in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our processes and operations. This role involves frequent travel to conduct internal audits and ensure compliance across all company branches and offices.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Interface with external suppliers to verify compliance with quality requirements.
Manage non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with suppliers.
Prepare and analyze quality reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality policies and procedures.
Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and best practices.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and standards (ISO 9001).
Experience with internal and third-party audits.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and lab tools.
Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluency in English (B2 or higher).

Additional Requirements:

Background in electronics.
Availability for frequent business travel to support the Quality Manager in audits across company facilities.
