We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our team to tap the markets of Suadi Arabia. This is a great opportunity to convert untapped sales opportunities into closed deals. Your goal will be to develop new business opportunities, meet sales targets, improve brand visibility, and contribute to the growth of the Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS) & IPTV business. This position involves travelling to meet clients, attend industry conferences, and participate in trade shows as and when required.
Skills Requirement:
• Minimum 3-5 years of Industry experience in hotel technologies, GRMS, EMS and IPTV related domain concepts.
• Concrete understanding and ground experience of the end-to-end cycle for selling technologies in hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge and familiarity with building automation systems, IoT technologies, and energy management software platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to handle customer dynamics and building strong relationships with collaborative approach.
• Experience in managing markets pan across Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Confident negotiator and communicator with good presentation skills.
• Ability to take decisions with minimum supervision.
• Results-oriented, and able to work BOTH independently & as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Set yearly sales objectives, targets and establish pragmatic methods, budget and AOP to achieve same.
• Manage overall end to end sales process and business development opportunities for both GRMS, EMS & IPTV business lines in the assigned markets.
• Develop a go-to-market (G2M) strategy for the assigned markets with recommendations on tactics to achieve its objectives and targets in an effective and optimized manner.
• Show projection of expected sales volume and profit of existing and new businesses from your market region.
• Have complete account ownership and accountability of the business with due diligence in the WoW (Way of Working)
• Share regular market insights on account updates, trends, competitor behavior & noteworthy activities of your region.
• Maintain regular updates of entries on the CRM and manage timelines and overdue.
• Partner with the accounts team to create an optimum relationship between the various Decision-Making Units (DMUs).
• Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative and qualitative metrics (including the AOP/budget) to the COO.
• Design and carry training and demonstration sessions of our products and solutions.
• Work closely with product department, marketing, and the operations team to improve product marketability.
• Carry out customer feedback to improve the company’s image, product mix and making way for new product development.

Qualifications:
• A degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, OR sales management or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Should be well versed in English language.
• Additional proficiency in the Arabic language is beneficial and preferred.

Location & Reporting: Based in Saudi Arabia, Preferably Riyadh
Direct Reporting to Sales Lead of ME region.
