Our Company is looking for a Project Delivery Manager to lead the planning and execution of research and development projects, acting as the strategic link between the CTO and the operational R&D teams.
This role is responsible for translating strategic direction into executable plans, ensuring that product and technology development projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
You will coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage project priorities and resources, and ensure clear communication across teams. The ideal candidate has a good background in R&D environments, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work in fast-paced, technology-driven settings.
Key Objectives
  • Ensure the successful delivery of R&D projects by bridging strategic and operational levels
  • Coordinate priorities, resources, and timing across internal teams
  • Drive technical project execution while maintaining alignment with CTO directives
✅ Main Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage R&D projects from initiation to delivery
  • Act as the operational interface between the CTO and R&D teams
  • Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project status and outcomes
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and other departments (e.g., Product, Production, QA)
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies
  • Coordinate multi-site and multi-discipline teams, when applicable
Education
  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines
Technical & Methodological Skills
  • Solid understanding of R&D processes in technology or electronics/software fields
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models)
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, product development cycles, and technical documentation
  • Ability to interpret technical requirements and constraints in a business context
Soft & Leadership Skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional and possibly international teams
  • Problem-solving and risk management mindset
  • Ability to balance strategic objectives with daily execution
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
