We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in Dubai for MEIA & APAC region. The role will be responsible for procurement, vendor management, inventory planning, logistics coordination, and project-based material planning aligned with project timelines. 

Experience & Other Requirement:  

5 years of experience in supply chain/procurement management.  

UAE driving license with own vehicle. 

Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 

Technical Skills:  

Proficiency in SAGE & ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

  • Strong knowledge about customs declarations for Import & export in different World Area. 

  • Experience in Warehouse activity management to take full ownership of all inbound and outbound material movement through the Dubai warehouse. 

Job Summary: 

  • Receive the purchase order or signed contract from the sales agents and sales companies and carry out a formal check of the documents to make sure they do comply with the guidelines  

  • Create the Sales order on SAGE X3, by carefully selecting the correct business unit that is making the sale, and adding the Items that make the PO along with their prices and their location (to be purchased, in stock etc.) 

  • Receive, review and process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner. 

  • Initiate the procurement process on Sage X3.  

  • Negotiating with and managing the relationship with the 3rd party suppliers. 

  • Monitor order status and ensure timely progression through each stage of the order process. Proactively address any delays or issues that may arise to minimize disruptions.  

  • Coordination with HQ order processing teams to achieve the required delivery dates that would meet Client demands. 

  • Taking decisions on the fastest shipping modes while staying below budgeted project cost. 

  • Negotiating and coordinating with several freight forwarders for better prices and services. 

  • Managing 3 separate warehouses for 3 different companies (2 in UAE and 1 in Thailand). 

  • Giving instructions to the logistics partner in DAFZA for anything related to Stock, receiving shipments, and creating shipments (dispatches to several clients either local or international)  

  • Creating shipments on Sage X3 (and delivery notes) with coordination with the MEIA and APAC finance team so that they issue the invoices accordingly. 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact (in coordination with the relevant manager) for order-related inquiries and updates. 

  • Communicate order status, shipment details, and any relevant information to customers promptly and professionally  

  • Maintain accurate records of all orders, including order details, changes, and updates. 

  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to orders, including billing discrepancies, shipping errors, or product defects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution  

  • Monitoring the quarterly Invoicing budgets for MEIA and APAC and updating the Sales manager and the COOs weekly for any concerns in achieving those targets and how to solve them.  

  • Support the Global Solution Delivery and Execution Manager and Sales through the development of a 'take care' policy and strengthening the relationship with the Customer  

  • Support the Global Solution Delivery and Execution Manager to help them to identify opportunities for process improvements within the order management workflow. Proactively propose and implement solutions to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience  

  • Collaborate with the CRM specialist to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data and records within the CRM system; s/he might be involved in specific projects related to CRM  

  • Implement robust warehouse SOPs for traceability, audit readiness, and inventory accuracy.
