We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven
Inside Sales & Marketing Executive (UK & Ireland)
to support the growth of VDA Telkonet in the UK & Ireland market through pipeline development, sales outreach, and strategic CRM management.
Reporting directly to the UK & Ireland sales team and working closely with marketing and business development, you will be responsible for:
Generating new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound email activities
Identifying and qualifying prospects in the hospitality sector (hotels, operators, developers, and owners)
Organizing qualified meetings for the Business Development team
Managing and maintaining the company CRM, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and updates
Creating and segmenting target databases (hotel groups, operators, consultants, owners)
Monitoring sales activities and pipeline progress
Conducting market research and mapping key stakeholders in the UK & Ireland hospitality sector
Identifying decision makers (owners, operators, asset managers, project teams)
Supporting outbound campaigns and marketing activities (email marketing, LinkedIn outreach)
Coordinating follow-ups from events, webinars, and inbound leads
Reporting sales activities and monitoring performance KPIs
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, SDR, or Lead Generation roles
Strong attitude toward cold calling and outbound outreach
Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially in data management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, resilient, and goal-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Nice to Have
Experience in hospitality, proptech, or B2B technology sectors
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach platforms
Understanding of sales funnel and pipeline management processes
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and digital activities
Analytical mindset and KPI-driven approach
